Things to note before booking.

I am unable to accept next day bookings as we need a few days notice of your booking to get organise. Best to send me a message first to avoid disappointment of a cancelation if you are booking for tomorrow.

If you are checking in on a public holiday there is a surcharge for the cleaning costs.
